Bank transfers are accepted for deposits only. Any bank transfer fees or charges must be covered by the customer, as HGT also incurs bank transfer fees in Nepal.
Wise transfers to our business account are not currently available.

How booking works
Step one
You tell us the trip
The questions below cover what we need to price a trip and to keep you safe at altitude.
Step two
We send a quote
Your quote will include the route, itinerary, price, and what is included or excluded. We can also arrange camping treks and tailor an itinerary to your preferences.
Step three
You pay a deposit
We hold your dates once the deposit clears, and start on permits.
Step four
We prepare
Passport details, insurance and kit list before you fly.
Group size
maximum of 8 people per group
We organize small groups, with a maximum of 8 people per group. If there are more than 8 participants, we divide them into two or three groups, depending on the total number of people. However, all the groups depart at the same time.
If a school, college, or any other large group wants to join, we can organize the trip accordingly and divide them into multiple groups.
Also, individuals or groups of any size can join our Green Trips. We can organize and accommodate them based on the number of participants.
Payment
Deposit
We prefer full payment in advance. You can also confirm your booking with a 50% deposit, paid at least three months before your trip starts.
Balance
You can pay the remaining balance after arriving in Nepal. The balance must be paid in full before your trek or tour starts.
Card in Nepal
Customers can also pay by card in Nepal; however, any international transaction or card processing fees will be charged to the customer.
Cash in Nepal
Customers may also pay 50% of the total amount in Nepal in cash, either in USD, the equivalent amount in another currency, or in Nepali rupees.
